EFFECTIVE: DECEMBER 21, 2016
This API License Agreement (the Agreement), effective as of the date of acceptance of this Agreement (the Effective Date), is by and between neighbourhood.io a divison of Sanskript Solutions, Inc. (neighbourhood.io) and you, or the company, organization or other legal entity (Entity) that you represent (Licensee). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of an Entity, you are agreeing to this Agreement for that Entity and representing to Sanskript that you have the authority to bind such Entity and its affiliates to this Agreement.
1. Product Licensing & Usage
Subject to the provisions of the Agreement, neighbourhood.io hereby grants the Entity a nonexclusive, non-transferable license to use the neighbourhood.io API Products ordered by the Entity. The Entity shall periodically receive or have access to Product updates from neighbourhood.io as they become available throughout the term of the Agreement at no additional charge.
2. Delivery
After we have successfully received your payment, your neighbourhood.io Subscription or Individual Product information will be emailed to the email address you provided. This may take up to 24 hour. If you do not receive an email after this time period, contact us through our website.
3. Ownership
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Sanskript. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
4. Support
Sanskript offers these products “as is”, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party components and plugins. Further, we offer no support via email or otherwise for installation, customization, administration of WordPress itself.
5. Price Changes
Sanskript reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a subscription (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We also reserve the right to change our individual product prices at any time without prior notice.
Prices of our monthly subscription plan, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Sanskript website.
6. RESTRICTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1 In order to use and access the neighbourhood.io API, Licensee must obtain API credentials (a Token) by becoming a Subscriber. Licensee may not share its Token, shall keep such Token and all Login information secure and shall use it as Licensees sole means of accessing the neighbourhood.io API.
6. Warranty
6.2 Licensee will respect and comply with the technical and policy-implemented limitations of the neighbourhood.io API. Without limiting the foregoing, Licensee shall not violate any explicit rate limitations on calling or otherwise utilizing the neighbourhood.io API.
7. Warranty
Sanskirpt does not provide any warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demonstration templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the products as we can not guarantee that Sanskirpt products will work with all browser combinations.

Whether reselling or not, the entity also agrees that it will not compete with neighbourhood.io, nor provide any portion of our data to a neighbourhood.io competitor.
Our company reserves the right to change or modify current Terms and Conditions with no prior notice.
